[BE101] DIPLOMA IN TEACHING OF ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (TESL)

This programme which is design and conducted by KUPTM with advisory panel of expert from public and private higher education provider and industrial expert with the main objective of providing English language educators. The students will be involved in a variety of learning environments and instructional delivery methods. Throughout the programmes, student will participate in lectures, demonstrations, peer teaching, group teaching and individual teaching practice.


[AA102] DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

The Diploma in Accounting and Finance is a homegrown programme specifically designed to deliver a suitable level of theoretical and practical understanding in accounting and finance that is useful in the workplace. This programme consists of various structures and covers different aspects such as financial accounting, managerial accounting, financial management, corporate finance principles, investment, financial markets and institutions, audit and taxation, computerized accounting, economics, business law, management, entrepreneurship, business mathematics and project paper. At the end of the programme, graduates should be able to demonstrate specific skills in the areas of accounting and finance as well as apply their knowledge and skills to solve problems and make decisions in different areas of business. This programme is suitable for those who are interested in working with the government and private sector as assistant accountant, account officers, assistant managers, bank officers, financial officers or administration officers. Graduates can also further their study at degree level in local higher institutions in specific field such as accountancy, finance or other professional qualifications. 


[CC101] DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER SCIENCE

[BK101] DIPLOMA IN CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

This is a homegrown programme which is designed and conducted by KUPTM with the advisory panel of experts from public and private higher education provider and industrial experts with the main objective of producing corporate communicator. The students will be involved in a variety of learning environments and instructional delivery methods.

The programme of Diploma in Corporate Communication is aimed at those who want a qualification in Corporate Communication, either in its own right or as an interim qualification towards a Bachelor of Arts. It will appeal to anyone with an interest in language and communication or the aspirations to further their studies to the degree level. The program should provide an understanding of the fundamentals of communication, develop and enhance corporate communication skills as well as develop maturity towards a more independent thinking and judgement.
